Tunis — According to the Tunisian website, 'businessnews', a Memorandum of Understanding was signed by thirteen companies with a view to create the 'Transgreen' consortium.
Within the framework of the interconnection between the energy networks of the Maghreb and Europe, the project aims at connecting Tunisia and Libya to Italy, Algeria to Spain and Sardinia. It also aims at strengthening the Morocco-EU association agreement."
