Tunisia has unanimously been elected to the presidency of the International Labour Office (ILO) Board of Directors, at the end of the 99th session of ILO held on June 2-18 in Geneva.

During their meeting on Friday, Board members of the International Labour Conference paid tribute to the guidelines of Tunisia in the area of labour and social relations.

They voiced confidence in Tunisia’s capacity to successfully lead this international organisation during the new session 2010-2011."
